We are committed to keep the software and server system operating 24/7, twenty-four hours a day seven days a week. Users will be issued refunds for any month in which the system does not function for a total of five (5) days.

There are no other guarantees or refunds.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. The user will be billed until the end of the month in which they cancel.
